When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where we suspect fraud or where pricing errors have occurred.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your payment card details.
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel confirmed orders in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.
By joining our email waitlist or VIP insider list, you consent to receiving marketing communications from AA WIGS. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee product availability, priority fulfilment, or fixed pricing.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our Shipping Policy page. Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided at checkout.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and governs your rights to return products and receive refunds. Please review it before placing an order.
