Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every unit we ship. If something is not right, we will make it right.

14-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date on items that meet the eligibility conditions below. To begin the process, contact us at hello@aawigs.com before returning any item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions at the time it is received back by us:

Items that do not meet all of the above conditions are not eligible for return or refund. Please do not return items without first contacting us — unsolicited returns cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Inspection Process

When we receive your returned item, we inspect it against the eligibility conditions above. This inspection process typically takes 2–3 business days from the date we receive the item.

You will be notified by email of the outcome of the inspection — either approval of your return and the next steps for your refund, or a clear explanation if the item does not meet the return conditions.

We inspect returned items to a high standard to ensure fairness to all customers and to maintain the integrity of our quality guarantee. Items that show signs of wear, installation, or alteration will not be approved for return regardless of the circumstances described in the return request.

How to Submit a Return Request

To begin a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@aawigs.com with the subject line: Return Request — [Your Order Number]
  2. Include your order number, the reason for your return, and photos of the item in its current condition
  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a tracked service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit
  5. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2–3 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in a condition that differs from its product listing (see Damaged or Incorrect Items below).

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

We do not issue refunds in the form of store credit unless specifically agreed in writing. Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct one-for-one exchanges. If you would like a different shade, length, or product, please:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item following the process above
  2. Once your return is approved and your refund is processed, place a new order for the preferred item through our collection page

This approach ensures the fastest resolution and guarantees availability of the item you want before committing to the exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@aawigs.com with:

We will review and resolve all genuine damage or fulfilment errors promptly, including covering return shipping costs where applicable. We take fulfilment accuracy seriously and every unit is inspected before dispatch — but we understand that transit damage can occur, and we will address it fairly.
