Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unworn and in original condition
• Lace must not be cut or altered
• No customizations or alterations have been made
• Original luxury packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different shade or length, please return the original item and place a new order through our collection page.
